The cotton trousers are elaborately woven. Over part of them are a second pair of black wool trousers with splits up the font of the legs.  Several large buttons hold the second pair of trousers together in the front.  The magnificently woven sash, collar and Tzut adds to beauty of the outfit.  He wears a shallow hat with a small fringe of color on it.

Once a year on November 1, the town has a unique celebration. The men in the town gather for a horse race.  Unlike most races this one is a never ending race.  The men tie themselves to the saddle and begin to ride. With every lap they must stop to take a drink of homemade liquor.  The race continues at top speeds until only one man is still in his saddle.
