Similar to the sister village of Santiago Atitán, the men wear short white pants with stripes. Unlike Santiago, their strips are red and they don't have nearly as much embroidery around the legs.  The wool coat and Tzut are less elegant as well.

Sitting on the southern side of Lake Atitlán, San Lucas serves as the connection to the fertile coastal lowlands.  The men from Santiago Atitlán transport the goods to the highlands.  There are stock piles of Bananas, sugar cane, coffee, coconuts and many other fruits.
